the first thing & feeling in the morning

These days, it's difficult for me to get up early in the morning.
Probably, it's because of cold weather, too dark or... laziness? :)
Before getting out of bed, I say to myself, 'Please, 5 minutes more.'

What is the first thing you do in the morning? And what do you feel when you

oepn your eyes in the morning?

Hi ~~Sharon.
For me, I sleep more now than before. That's because we have heater in our room, which provides our room with warm air. The first thing I do in the morning is to go take a shower. That makes me fresh and new. I get some energy from it.

In my case, I think you know my answer because you already made presention about my life for Sam conversation class. Morning is starting time and making plan for a day. I heard that most successful people get up early in the morning. This means morning is very important time. You know the proverb "The early bird catches the worm. I hope you take advantage of morning. Good luck...

I feel the same and I really love taking a sleep. If your body want more sleep, just let sleep without considering too much. you would feel better after that, that's not a big deal, hu~?
Take care...

Hi, lovely Sharon!!
I've been busy for a couple of weeks recently. I couldn't sleep much, so every morning I feel tired as soon as I open my eyes. I have to stay in bed for several minutes after alarming. That's really terrible.
But, I guess I can enjoy my free time after this week. The big tough jobs are going to the end now. Good luck to you, Sharon!!
I need to add one more! I'm not that kind of person who is always prepared. I usually put off lots of things, especially things are too tough or irritating for me. ;)
Catch you again!!

Hi Sharon,
I'm feeling the winter blues also. When I get up, I turn on my computer and play a science podcast to wake my brain up while I get dressed. It keeps me from getting back under the covers.

Dreaming girl, Sharon
Whenever I wake up, I always hope I had enouh sleep last night because I sometimes suffer from insomnia. I don't want to feel tired during the day.
Take enough sleep for your health.
Thank you for your nice question.
